This scientific paper shows how Purina’s proprietary technology, which derives 14-25% of its total protein content from chicken, is able to increase levels of protein and fat digestibility, improve absorption of essential fatty acid and produce higher bioavailability of some limiting amino acids such as lysine and arginine.
